Orders and product information
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order. Prices are shown in US dollars. The checkout displays your order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, before payment. Products and quantities are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact you to arrange a correction or refund for the affected order.
Food products
Read the ingredient and handling information on your bottle before use. Product packaging may change, so the label on the item you receive is the reference for that item's ingredients and directions. Do not consume products from a damaged or compromised container. Contact us with product questions before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. We dispatch orders within 2 business days, with dispatch days Tuesday through Friday. Carrier transit time is additional. Pickup is at Mistura during the hours listed in the Shipping Policy and your pickup instructions.
Refunds and order issues
Our Return and Refund Policy governs refunds and replacements. We do not accept change-of-mind returns of food. Report damaged, incorrect, or defective orders within 7 days of delivery or pickup so we can arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. These policies do not limit your rights under applicable law.
Upcoming products
Products marked “coming soon” are previews and cannot be ordered. Preview images or packaging may change before release. Any future alcohol sales will be subject to separate availability, age-verification, and delivery requirements.
Privacy and marketing
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Marketing signup is optional, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Order-related messages may still be sent to complete and support your purchase.
