What’s in the bottle?

Avocado oil, ají panca sauce (water, ají panca pepper purée, salt, garlic, citric acid, sodium benzoate, xanthan gum), water, red wine vinegar, garlic, sea salt, spices. Shake well. Check your bottle’s current label for ingredients and directions.

Pickup at Mistura in San Luis Obispo during restaurant hours: Tue–Thu & Sun 11am–9pm; Fri–Sat 11am–10pm. Closed Monday. Free standard shipping on orders $34.99 and up in the contiguous US, including the 64 fl oz half gallon.
